We are currently seeking farm crew for the 2024 season. We are seeking full and part time employees to join our team from April through the end of October. Farm team members are responsible for carrying out the daily operations of the farm including seeding, planting, cultivating, harvesting, washing and packing.

​

The ideal farm crew candidate has experience farming, landscaping, or gardening. Farm crew members must be able to repeatedly lift 50 pounds. Farmers work in all conditions including rain and heat.

FLOWER AND POULTRY ASSISTANT

We are hiring for the 2024 season Flower and Poultry Assistant. The position runs from April through November with 40 hour weeks Monday through Friday. We are looking for someone with a strong desire to learn about flower farming and who has some experience handling farm animals. Must be able to learn quickly, be self motivated, and be able to lift 50lbs.

Examples of daily tasks:

​

Assisting in seeding, planting, weeding, watering and harvesting flower crops.

Assembling bunches of flowers for wholesale and retail sales.

Feeding and watering chickens and turkeys.

Assisting in moving birds for rotational grazin.

Assisting in loading birds for butcher.

This position offers the opportunity to learn from start to finish how to grow high quality, marketable flower and poultry products.

Duration - April through November
